| Description:
Production Supervisors base salary to $54,000 and bonus and OT potential Major international leader in food process manufacturing has multiple positions available for production supervisors to work second or third shift in their largest plant located in the midlands of South Carolina. This facility is experiencing rapid growth and provides thorough training for professional development. Under the direction of the Business Unit Manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing operations in the assigned department. Incumbent will have responsibility to achieve productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety and EOE objectives through both individual and team contributions. Selected individual will provide direction, leadership, development and support to direct reports through empowerment, teamwork, on-the-job assignments and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a key operations position with opportunities to demonstrate leadership, business savvy and teamwork skills in a rapid paced environment. Provided is an excellent benefit package, bonus potential that has an excellent track record and overtime pay for weekend work when approved at time a ½ for Saturday and double time for Sunday.
