| Description:
Candidate will be responsible for conducting performance analyses and determining training needs, designing and developing training programs and materials, and planning and scheduling training activities. Candidate will conduct classroom and laboratory training courses, appraise and report on student progress, and document and maintain records for training. Candidate will conduct and document evaluations of training program effectiveness, and report the results of these evaluations to Training and Plant management. Candidate will be required to provide support to Training and/or related special projects as deemed appropriate by station management. |

| Required Skills:
A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is desired as is a minimum of 5 years experience in a nuclear technical field to include instrumentation and control maintenance experience. Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. Nuclear training experience is required. This position requires the ability to work varying work schedules. Knowledge of adult learning theories and the theory and application of SAT a Systematic Approach to Training process is desirable. |
