| Description:
The Nuclear Station Operations Instructor is responsible for analyzing and determining training needs, designing and developing quality training programs and materials, and planning and scheduling training activities. They conduct classroom, simulator, and practical training courses to include initial and re-qualification training for all Reactor Operator levels, and single training programs for specific disciplines, i.e., Electrical. They are accountable for appraising and reporting student progress and documenting and maintaining records for training. They conduct and document training program and course effectiveness evaluations and report the results to the Training management team. |

| Required Skills:
Nuclear Operations Instructors We are looking for people who have some experience as a Nuclear Operations Instructors in Power Plants. PWR experience strongly preferred. Operations Instructors must have either NRC license or SRO certification and 5+ years experience in Operations or Training at commercial nuclear power plants. PWR experience strongly preferred. A 4 year degree is desired but not required. Please be sure to provide a cover letter, resume and references. 15 of your peers were hired last year and we need 11 more to join them this year. |
