| Description:
(company will provide relocation assistance) Company has a long history with experience solving air pollution control problems for a large variety of industrial sources, including furnaces, boilers, incinerators, kilns and dryers. The Associate will analyze and design mechanical and piping subsystems for air pollution control and pressure processing systems, sizing and specifying pumps, compressors, valves and other process equipment. Duties include reviewing the work of designers, working with subcontract engineering and design firms, and traveling to job sites to provide technical advice and gather design information. Qualifications include bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, two years of relevant experience in piping system design, working knowledge of pumps and valves, ASME code, and AutoCAD programming. | Required Skills:
1. Two (2) years MINIMUM experience in piping system design. 2. Experience with pumps and valves, ASME code, and AutoCAD programming. 3. Local, regional (around 300 miles), or with strong ties to the area. |
