| Description:
The Lead Business Analyst ensures that the operational interests of their respective functional areas are being fully represented in the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology Department. This role supports all applications deployed within the Hospital System. Focus on user departments involving change management, organization effectiveness and design, strategic planning, and Business Process Reengineering. Provide expertise on process/workflow improvement, organizational redesign, and change management strategies for various user departments. Lead analysis, design, and implementation and develop and nurture end users relationships. |
