| Description:
The Application Enginee's role is to perform equipment sizing and selections of turbine inlet cooling and commercial & industrial cooling equipment per customer specifications and assist in the preparation of formalized proposals. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the sizing and selection of mechanical equipment such as chillers, pumps, motors, basic instrumentation, etc. Review customer specifications and make recommendations for proposals. Interface with Project Engineers, Project Managers, Electrical and Controls Engineers, and with Service Engineers and Technicians to help develop formalized proposals. Assist Project Manager in purchasing all mechanical equipment. Assist Production Department in purchasing and assembly. Assist in compilation of the final sets of IOM manuals. JOB SKILLS: Estimating and bid tabulation experience is highly desirable. Experience with analysis of compliance with NEC, NFPA and other relevant codes. CAD experience required. Must be proficient in technical writing and comprehensive documentation. |

| Required Skills:
Minimum of 3 years experience in design and selection of mechanical systems preferably in the Power Generation Industry. Industrial HVAC, energy service contracting (ESCO) or central refrigeration plant experience. Power generation plant experience, particularly with gas turbines, is a plus. |

| Education:
