Description: The Business Analyst (BA) has responsibility for supporting the success of project implementations, including transition to customer support as well as for overall client satisfaction. The BA must have prior knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies including: client requirements gathering, design specifications, solution development and testing of client applications, client support, training, and systems integration. The SBA can expect to be at the client’s site an average of 10-20% of the time. Some travel to either the Atlanta or Milwaukee offices will also be expected for those team members working with cross-located project teams.

Required Skills: -Bachelor of Science/Arts degree (or equivalent experience) -5+ years of experience with systems integration, and/or internet/web, desktop, Client/Server system implementation and support including full software life cycle management. Formal training preferred -Prior Internet development project experience -Prior health insurance, general healthcare or general insurance experience -Prior tenure and consultant experience within a professional services firm (Big 4 or other) -Highly competent with MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio -Customer management skills for administration, resolving issues and building customer relationships -External customer relationship management and facilitation skills -Effective written and verbal communication skills -Effective listening and problem solving skills -Responds strongly and positively to challenging work and deadlines -Works as an integral part of a talented team in a fast-paced, proactive environment Other Preferred Skills and Experience: -Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation experience (e.g. Peoplesoft, SAP, Oracle, etc.) -Health & Life defined benefit plan administration experience -General web application development knowledge -General data communications and network operating systems knowledge -Technical background in web applications (COM+, Java, XML, XSL, HTML, ASP)
