Description: Our Client, A major worldwide financial corporation is looking for a fulltime individual to help plan, develop, implement and maintain their comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans. This individual must have a proven background of managing an entire enterprise DR plan that meets solutions and needs of a global site network. In addition, this role is going to be responsible for reviewing all current DR/BCP policies and procedures, designing and implementing updated policies/procedures/systems that are appropriate for large worldwide firm, managing a small staff (1 BCP specialist and 1 DR engineer), and maintaining and updating DR/BCP policies/systems where necessary. basically this is the lead role for all of the DR/BCP efforts in the firm Must possess thorough knowledge of disaster recover and Business Continuity techniques and tools. Have outstanding presentation, project management and oral and written communication skills. Previous experience needed leading DR related projects. A four year college degree is required in a related discipline.
