Description:
We are looking for two very senior Java Engineers/Architects with commercial software development experience. They are using open source, Hibernate, Spring, Ruby, Agile, but they aren't necessarily looking to match IDEs, tools or libraries. Rather they need people who are smart, innovative, and live for programming and solving problems. This position is 75% coding so they aren't looking for a pure designer/architect. They want to keep the search to the West Coast. Salary is pretty open, and for the right person they will find a way to make it work.
