Description: Under direct supervision of the IT Director, will be responsible for Network/Servers maintenance, management of network / servers services as needed, provide user technical support on all IT infrastructure issues, participate in networking projects to expand, re-design, re-configure network services according to the company business plans. Responsibilities: 1. Be able to define, design and implement Network / Server infrastructure to accommodate and advance company business processes, requirements, and goals. 2. Identify and define opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability in networking, processes and systems. 3. Server OS and services maintenance and support. 4. Local Area Network management, maintenance and configuration. 5. Management, maintenance and configuration of Citrix, Print and file servers. 6. Management of e-mail Exchange 7. Network Security 8. Monitoring of network activity. 9. User training as necessary. 10. Manage projects in a structured manner. 11. User support. 12. Guide and assist staff members as necessary. 13. Keep up to date on latest trends in technologies. Qualifications: 1. 4 Years Experience with MS Server and Majority of Server Applications, MSCE 2003, Exchange e-mail, Web Services. 2. Experience in management and configuration of Cisco routers and switches. 3. Experience in management, implementation and maintenance of Citrix servers and farms. 4. Experience in configuration of devices like handhelds, scan guns, label printers, printers in general and other various office devices. 5. Must be self-motivated and have good people and troubleshooting skills 6. Have good people /customer service skills. 7. Proven experience in Project Management.
