Description: - Administering applications running on a 200+ server Unix (Solaris and Linux) environment - Developing and maintaining scripts for monitoring and reporting various aspects of system performance, resource utilization, and application usage - Developing and maintaining scripts and systems for automating software deployments, updates and process documentation - Performance tuning and troubleshooting complex system and application issues - Providing 24 x 7 on-call support - Providing occasional technical support to external customers and occasional on-site professional deployment services to customers with Ingenuity software installed behind the firewall

Required Skills: - BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent, or 4 additional years of relevant experience - A minimum of 5 years Unix system administration experience (8+ years preferred), with at least 2 year managing environments of 100+ servers - Experience with one of more of the following scripting languages, listed in order of importance: perl, shell scripting, java, sql, html, php, javascript, python - Experience of administering java based web applications running on J2EE application servers such as Jboss, Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere - Extensive experience with open source tools and applications such as Apache, bind, cvs, bugzilla, mysql, Nessus, Snort, OpenLDAP, OpenSSL, Ethereal, etc. - Strong understanding of system and network security strategies - Excellent oral and written communication skills
