Ingenuity Systems products and services enable researchers to model, analyze and understand complex biological systems foundational to human health and disease with pathways analysis software and knowledge bases for biologists, and enterprise knowledge management infrastructure, content and services for leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. We are passionate about our products, and dedicated to providing researchers with the knowledge required to make Better Decisions Faster. As a member of the Product Management team, you will be responsible for managing several key capabilities of the Ingenuity Pathways Analysis (IPA) product line. You will work with strategic customers and cross-functionally within Ingenuity to help define, create and deliver high-availability, high-volume, web-based scientific applications. You will also work closely with the sales organization to educate customers on the strategic value of Ingenuitys solutions, as well as work closely with product development to translate market requirements into thought leading solutions that drive value for end users and enterprises. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Developing market driven information for future product direction by consulting with customers, prospects, analysts and other external resources - Developing strategic and tactical marketing plans for new targeted market penetration - Identifying customer needs and developing product vision - Translation of customer needs and market information into product development requirements and specifications for new products and product enhancements - Working with sales and marketing to provide content for marketing materials - Gathering and using competitive intelligence to steer product direction - Managing alpha and beta product releases |

| Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software product management/project management/marketing or related function in the life science industry - Ph.D.in a life science, molecular biology, biochemistry or related discipline - Training in large-scale data analysis (e.g. expression data) and/or toxicology a plus - Ability to understand and translate complex technical and business information to internal/external audiences. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills: - Understanding of marketing communication concepts/functions - Market analysis experience - Proven project management skills - Ability to lead and influence others |
