We are a highly-energized, fast-growing, New Jersey-based company where the right candidate can apply their sales skills. Healthcare Dialog is committed to a major new business development effort that focuses within the sales, marketing and market research constituencies within pharma, and seeks a Director of Business Development with prior agency experience. As a member of the Management Team, the individual hired for this position will help identify, plan for and implement business objectives to increase revenue from new and existing clients. This individual will be required to develop a pipeline and motivate the entire agency behind sales pitches. The ideal candidate is a strong presenter with a robust contact list and a track record of winning and growing business. Responsibilities include: Identifying market opportunities Strategize and develop marketing pitches Developing oral and written presentations

Required Skills: 2-4 years business development experience in advertising or public relations. Existing pharmaceutical relationships Bachelors Degree Excellent interpersonal and people skills Good organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal direction
