| Description:
* Project setup including acquisition of contract, permitting and jobsite plant setup * Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials and subs * Schedule company activities and coordinate schedule with GC and other trades * Responsible for manpower planning and monitoring of completion activities * Handle change order pricing and billings * Project scheduling, short-term scheduling, booking change orders in internal cost analysis system, procurement of equipment, RFIs, submittals, managing field labor, field coordination, material take-off * Manage submittal, transmittal and RFI processes * Understand and apply all elements of the company safety program * Maintain current cost reporting and project information logs * Insure proper startup and commissioning * Handle owner training and warranty * Process punch list and project close out responsibilities * Interacting with owners and general contractors to procure more work. |

| Required Skills:
* Experience in the construction industry * 2-4 years experience in project management * Strong reasoning, math, science, and technical skills * Must be self-motivated, team-oriented and able to respond quickly to changing customer demands * Must have a professional appearance * Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals * Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance. * possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others * Must have basic PC experience in Windows environments, working knowledge of work processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, web-enabled applications, and database software * Must be a self-starter, with ability to work well as part of a team and independently |
