Description:
This internal position reports to the CEO and is responsible for developing and managing corporate client accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Call on and meet with hiring managers, HR managers and recruiters at local companies to sell the Aldebaran Associates exclusive staffing services.
* Attend local professional organization events. Network, network, network!
* Secure Job Orders within the Aldebaran areas of focus.
* Manage relationships with the decision makers, negotiate fees, present solutions and otherwise be a consultant regarding the senior and specialized staffing needs of clients.
* Propose and negotiate offers of employment and close deals!

Required Skills:
* 3+ years minimum experience selling permanent placement services in the Atlanta corporate community.
* Knowledgeable and connected within the international, advertising and marketing arenas.
* Proven ability to prospect, close business and negotiate placements.
* Knowledge of human resources best practices and protocols.
* Must possess impeccable integrity, the highest accountability and demonstrate professional polish and maturity .
* Self starter that can work independently while at the same time work well within a team.
* Positive demeanor and joyful personality.
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, multicultural sensitivity and awareness a MUST!

Education:
College degree highly preferred.
