| Description:
The Commercial Manager, Structuring & Risk Evaluation (S&RE), is responsible for leading and managing all WG IPS S&RE activities for the designated Global Sales Region. The Commercial Manager will work in conjunction with the Business Development Directors to grow the portfolio of long-term contracts by developing and closing highly-structured plant maintenance solutions for the customers within the Region. The Commercial Manager will develop and present commercial strategies that align with the clients key drivers, manage analysts in delivery of ongoing S&RE activities within the region, support regional marketing analysis and activities, and support/lead contractual negotiations. Candidates must be capable of presenting tailored solutions that include engineering, financial, deal-structuring and technology based concepts. Responsibilities: * Lead and own the S&RE effort for the assigned region. * Work with Business Development/Origination to proactively generate and/or modify offerings, lead generation, sales tools and channels that lead to increased sales and margin backlog. * Manage and integrate corporate, operations, and affiliate company support of ongoing sales activities. * Qualify project opportunities, brainstorm structured solutions, develop and write targeted proposals, review or draft contracts, develop or edit financial models, and secure corporate approval and facilitate the deal negotiations. * Participation in the general management of the businesses by interaction with other members of the management team. * Proactive contribution to financial and other performance improvement initiatives. * Any other reasonable duties required to support the business and its growth. * Full relocation available |

| Required Skills:
* Prior direct experience in sales or marketing support, or commercial structuring of energy, solutions-based services, and/or financial services. * Familiarity with complex technical products and services and finance deal structures, preferably in long-term deals. * Team Leader capable of planning and coordinating the activities of corporate, technical and other project support staff. * Knowledge of complex deal-structuring concepts. * Ability to develop and refine innovative sales strategies for each customer opportunity based on commercial benefits of different structures to the customer. * Understanding of commercial and contractual risks and drivers. * Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical/quantitative skills. * Strong drive, energetic, and fire-in-the belly attitude coupled with diplomatic ability to influence others in a cross-matrix environment. * Strong business acumen. * Team player with solid interpersonal skills. * Entrepreneurial / Owner mentality. * Broad financial skills, including financial analysis. * Bilingual, both verbally and written. |
