Description:

* Become a trusted, go to resource for the Businesses on all things digital; site, metrics, content, systems

* Drive site development pipeline for each business unit from a foundation of customer needs, competitive offering, business unit positioning.

* Accountability for site conversion, and other metrics including searches

* Responsible for owning revenue driven through the web channel (leads) and optimizing channel to achieve most effective conversion

* Work closely with marketing channel leads (VP Digital, VP CRM, Communications) to quarterback effective integration of plans/programs across digital channels

* Fanatical about site performance and continuous optimization

* Aggregator and presenter of best practices in all things web and digital

* Conversion and family Funnel

* Home Page and site merchandising

* User experience across digital channels

* Consistency of message

* Targeting message and content to individual interest levels

* Owner and central content resource

* Single source of content knowledge across client accounts

* Responsible for content strategy across enterprise

* Responsible for building, measuring and expanding pilots for center page ownership

* Develop relationships between web, email and other digital channels

* Consulting role and key marketing representative on key accounts

* Email ownership with heavy partnering with Experience Director and CRM



Required Skills:

* 8+ years web site development or implementation and ownership in a brand marketing organization

* Strong vision capabilities and extremely strong project management skills

* Experience with high touch, highly experiential brands

* Experience with content management systems

* Proven leadership ability up, across, down

* Integration of offline and online channels

* Experience with multiple brands within one enterprise

* Highly flexible, nimble

* Must be willing and able to define and articulate strategy and get your hands dirty

* Ability to play a trusted advisor role and advise LOBs on site strategy while also building and implementing a vision for coordination of sites, hosting environments, metrics platforms, CMS platforms, and content repositories

* Interested in rapid expansion of responsibilities, interest in broad participation in business over time.

Education:

College degree preferred
