| Description:
* Supervising creative and technical development for interactive projects including online advertising campaigns, Flash Demos, websites, mini-sites, email campaigns * Development, administration, and communication of detailed project schedules to manage both agency and client expectations --- and ensure jobs deliver on time * Tracking all categories of spending for projects and ensuring projects are delivered within the approved budget * Motivate, grow and lead a team of up to 6 direct reports, managing 2-4 accounts of varying size * Lead and Develop sound strategic recommendations based on clear understanding of Client?s business * Drive strategic direction for designated clients, including annual planning * Develop creative solutions to challenges; think ?outside the box? * Multi-task and prioritize projects * Manage the internal process for delivering client projects on strategy, on time, on budget * Prepare weekly project status reports and hold weekly project status meetings with internal and external team members * Foster strong relationships with key client personnel * Seek ongoing client opportunities for growth and increased revenue for the agency * Responsible for budget analysis and forecasting * Proactively lead clients in areas to grow their business |

| Required Skills:
* 6+ years experience managing interactive projects either from the client or agency side (agency experience highly preferred), with a total of 8-10+ years working experience * Previous experience managing at least 4 direct reports with a clear and consistent management style * Must be able to build productive relationships with clients and agency team members * Must be able to think strategically and work autonomously * Direct, assertive, fearless and ready for the challenge * Must be passionate, highly driven and highly motivated to help us build the next great agency |
