Our client is a dynamic 30-year old business committed to the development and marketing of prescription pharmaceutical products. With products in the respiratory, urology, and cardiovascular therapeutic categories,they actively seek to commercialize new pharmaceutical products via acquisition, in-licensing and new drug approvals. They cover numerous states and are currently well-positioned to launch their strategic growth objectives through territory expansion and product development. This is a high growth, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. You will be limited in your development only by your own desire and performance. Thorough background check, including criminal, driving and credit, as well as complete verification of references and prior employment will be conducted prior to offer. Pre-employment drug screen also required. Job Description: The Analyst will report to the CFO with a dotted line to VP of Sales & Marketing and will support the sales, marketing and finance executives in conducting analysis and research, and making recommendations that will be the basis for key management decisions. Responsibilities: * Develop work strategies to effectively accomplish individual activities and project goals. * Quickly acquire understanding of company business, products, objectives, and issues. * Conduct analysis of corporate, territory and product sales and profitability. * Research and analyze new product opportunities. * Interpret data and research, develop insights and present findings to management. * Create and manage financial, sales and marketing reports. * Participate in key management meetings and make recommendations to contribute to strategic decisions and direction. * Manage various projects and activities as requested by executives. |

| Required Skills:
Qualifications: * Strong work ethic and high level of integrity. * 2-5 years of relevant professional experience. * Demonstrated analytical skills. * Ability to develop and interpret complex analytical models and reports. * Strong communication skills (verbal and written) including the ability to present comfortably to senior executives. * Proficient at building and maintaining relationships. * Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously. * Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment. * Superior capability with all Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Access a plus. |
