Job Description: Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that combine processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. They maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture. Oracle JD Edwards professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) solutions for finance, accounting, cash management, treasury management and asset management. Key responsibilities may include: • Shaping and leading programs that translate process application and/or integration shortfalls into transformation programs/projects • Articulating application and integration strategy and thought leadership for business solutions • Envisioning new and innovative approaches and predicting probable business outcomes • Establishing total cost of ownership metrics for actual impacts of application implementation • Influencing client direction based on application design and architecture • Defining solution architecture • Shaping and leading large-scale application design and architecture activities • Establishing acceptance of designs with client executives • Translating and conveying impact of process and system changes to bottom line • Shaping and leading large scale application build, test, and deploy activities • Assessing and managing risk and issues throughout all aspects of the application implementation • Cultivating client relationships and driving revenue acquisition • Driving recruiting activities for geography • Counseling junior team members Ability to travel 100% (Monday - Friday) All consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development. Required Skills: recent or current big 4 or top tier consulting experience Ability to travel 100% (Monday - Friday) * 8 years experience with hands-on implementation of JD Edwards * 10 years of Consulting management experience * 4 years experience with JDE World and/or JDE E1 * Proven ability to work independently and as a team member * Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment * Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills * Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills Desired: * Experience with JDE E1 v9.0
