| Description:
Openings: 1 Length: 6 months Interview Process Telephonic Job Responsibilities: Facets Configuration Consultants. Consultants will facilitate the design, build, and test tasks needed to create and enhance the business configuration and customizations. They will also partner with existing application specialists and change management specialists to create system configuration documentation. The Configuration Specialist: • Functions as the custodian of configuration baselines and associated definition documents. • Provides advice and consultation to help clients adopt best practices for application configuration. • Facilitates and manages changes to configuration baselines. • Participates as a member of project team(s) by generating and maintaining configuration. • Possess a good understanding of requirements gathering, configuration design, prototyping, and configuration auditing. • Understands the unique issues around release and change management. • Understands, generates and performs to configuration work plans and will assist in gathering meaningful metrics in support implementation objectives. • Works independently on multiple tasks within the project. • Is responsible for the timely and highly quality deliverables. • Notifies the Configuration Manager of requirement gaps, requirement changes, variances in project schedules and budgets or other project performance issues, with recommended appropriate solutions. • Participates in test plan development, performing tests, reviewing results, and logging defects. Ensures that test requirements are met. • Demonstrates excellent communication and presentation skills. |

| Required Skills:
Strong configuration experience and with subject matter expertise in designing and building Medicare Advantage benefit plans. This position requires at a minimum 3 years hands on experience implementing Facets. Candidate must have demonstrable configuration skills in the following functional areas: claims processing and all benefits related applications. The position requires full functional knowledge of the Facets systems required to design and build Medicare Advantage benefits plans. It also requires a specialty in developing business process configuration, customizations, and processes. Desired: Project planning and team management Knowledge of data base structure and ability to query tables to audit and validate configuration Knowledge of the supporting data structures, with the ability to query tables as part of the configuration validation and auditing process |

| Education:
A BA/BS Degree, advanced degree, and/or relevant certifications are beneficial. |
