| Description:
will manage 3-5 people Willing to relo Division: Finance Department: ISS Status Executive Manage the development and implementation of EUC software applications. Manage day-to-day activities and scheduling of programming staff. Manage and support the integration of new technology i.e. software, third party applications, and hardware components. Interact with end user community to design and plan implementation of applications. Support and document existing systems and applications. Number of Direct Reports: 5 Make effective decisions regarding project resources, application design, and systems development. Determine best course of action in order to satisfy customer. Must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects. Must be able to manage shifting of priorities. The position requires extensive problem-solving skills to overcome barriers such as access to data, processing or software limitations, and human resource issues. |

| Required Skills:
Experience managing 3+ people 5-7 years programming; 3 years management extensive problem-solving skills Experience in IT development and management is required. Strong mathematical skills are required. VB/VBA, Web Development, and relational database skills are required. May include: Microsoft Windows OS Microsoft Excel Microsoft Access Microsoft Visual Basic/ASP .NET Relational Database Microsoft Visual Studio Web Development Eztrieve . Must understand basic retailing concepts such as merchandising, logistics, planning. Desired: Retail experience or application development experience within the retail industry strongly recommended |
