| Required Skills:
5 - 12 years experience in working experience with Oracle Federal Financials. * Must be US citizen * Must be able to lead a financial implementation. Understands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and develops and implements creative and pragmatic solutions. · Industry experience in the federal enviroment with Oracle Federal Financial implementations. · Experience gathering software requirements by interviewing users, creating requirements documents, and developing prototypes. · Manages processes to monitor and to maximize performance. · Practiced software documentation skills, including developing requirements specs, commenting code, and creating unit test plans. Desired: Budget to Report, Order to Fulfill and Procure to Pay are a plus. |
