Description:

. Recruit, hire and retain the right people for permanent and temporary assignments.

2. Coach and develop staff; provide performance management, development planning, salary planning and

technical training.

3. Develop relationships with customers, vendors, partners and corporate service organizations to manage

successful network implementations that allow customers to gain competitive advantage through use of our

technology.

4. Plan, organize and direct the activities of a variety of Corporate and non-sales support groups to ensure the

finalization of customer system needs.

5. Continuous self-development with regard to fast-paced and changing technology to ensure state-of-the-art

readiness to apply diverse solutions to customer’s networking requirements. Requires ability to be self perpetuating

in knowledge of advancing technologies.

6. Develop an infrastructure that creates an environment for Partner development and builds a closer Presales Architect/Partner relationship at all account levels.

7. Focus on customer needs and driven to grow customer satisfaction.



Required Skills:

8+ years related experience in the Mobile Computing, Advanced Data Capture, Mobility Software applications (including tools and OS’s), wired and wireless networking technologies (includes routing and routed protocols and all RF WLAN technologies) Management Experience: 5+ years management experience (or demonstrated leadership of technical teams). Technical/Business Knowledge 1. Solid knowledge in the relevant area’s: Mobile Computing, Advanced Data Capture, Mobility Software applications (including tools and OS’s), wired and wireless networking technologies (includes routing and routed protocols and all RF WLAN technologies) AND in-depth knowledge of all vertical market areas of specialization. 2. Have knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria and applications. 3. Thorough competitive knowledge including solutions, technology and product offerings. 4. Understand and be conversant about company, its solutions, and product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. 5. Solid knowledge and experience of customer management practices. 6. In-depth understanding and experience in managing in a presales engineering support model. Skills Required 1. Excellent communication skills to assist at the Customer Management Interface level, including negotiation and presentation skills. 2. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. 3. Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills. 4. Excellent conflict resolution and team building skills. 5. Demonstrate ability to manage professionally guide employees through mentoring, coaching and skill development. 6. Ability to establish clear objectives and direction for team. 4+ years working in an external customer interfacing role specifically in the telecommunications or cable industries or sales role 5+ years experience in a position supervising people or Management Experience

8. Ability to handle medium/large accounts, including ability to designate appropriate Presales Architect

resources to enable continual growth of the business.

10. Must have excellent skills in critical account management.



Desired:

Motorola Enterprise Mobility product portfolio (EMB) experience highly desired.

Pre-Sales engineering experience desired.

Project Management experience prefered.



Education:

Typically requires BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent.
