Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 + potential bonus

Description: Relocation Funds: Eligible This position is responsible for the design of Business Intelligence technical solution. The Business Intelligence Analyst will manage ETL and Business Intelligence tool data design and work closely with the Data Warehouse Architect. The Business Intelligence Engineer will be responsible for ensuring all development methodologies conform to industry best practices. Essential Functions: • Manage technical design tasks for BI projects. • Manage all design tasks including data ETL design, and BI tool configuration. • Devise strategies for performance tuning on Data Warehouse and Data Marts. 1. On-site coordinating for a number of days to be determined by your supervisor (not to exceed 15 days). Standard Department Member Responsibilities: write self-performance appraisals to the Manager of Application Development. Identify personal growth goals with the Manager of Application Development.

Required Skills: • 3+ years experience with Business Objects Universe Design and Report Development • 2+ years experience with ETL processes • 2+ years experience with Data Modeling and Data Warehousing Desired: • Business Objects Product Suite Experience • Business Objects Universe design • ETL knowledge through Business Objects Data Integrator or other ETL package • Data Modeling and Data Warehouse design on SQL Server 2000/2005 • SQL Server 2000/2005 Query Design and DTS development • Project Management skills • Knowldege of Acta, Informatica, IBM DataStage, or Manugistics
