Description:
• Provide strong Inventory and E&O analysis, forecasting, planning & reporting, working with the Demand Planning and business units to identify areas of improvement, risk mitigation, and decision support
• Review forecast inputs monthly and provide guidance to the business units on additional Inventory actions required
• Provide site based analysis by manufacturing location, by business, highlighting trends and issues proactively
• Develop and analyze Inventory Days of Supply and Turns by business to assess performance to set goals
• Assess scrap requirements, ensuring accurate reporting/forecasting by business, securing appropriate approvals, and ensuring execution in a timely manner
• Support the month-end closing activities
• Prepare monthly management reporting on cost of poor quality metrics for both actual and forecasted expectations
• Administrate various Balance Sheet Account Analyses, analyzing the monthly impacts and providing appropriate reporting
• Provide support for the monthly Operations presentations
• Prepare the iSC Finance Quarterly Reserve Review (AOR) analysis & presentation to the financial leadership team and business units.
• Develop and maintain Sox compliance documents for Internal Audit compliance
• Serve as the front line contact for iSC Finance with KPMG on Inventory/E&O issues
• Co-drive and manage with corporate Supply Chain the annual physical Inventories at specific locations (Distribution Centers)
• Support iSC Finance initiatives as required
• Support Quarterly / Annual Audit inquiries
• Financial System maintenance
• Support acquisition integration activity for HNM Supply Chain finance

Required Skills:
5+ years of detail oriented Accounting/Finance Experience in a manufacturing environment; solid understanding of G/L and sub-ledger transaction flow; Inventory management & reporting; E&O analysis and compliance; physical Inventory experience and leadership; experience with account reconciliation’s; strong computer system skills in FTT (Hyperion), Oracle, Excel, Data Warehouse applications. Must possess strong organization and interpersonal skills.
