| Description:
Uses knowledge to facilitate scheduling, estimating, and operational management of those assigned to the team. Project management duties are often varied with more complex/difficult responsibilities and may involve troubleshooting and resolving problems requiring innovation and technical creativity. Interfaces with other functional areas managing the project with decisions often impacting several units or divisions. Questions problem definition and reframes question to address the underlying issues - helps team members come up with their own solutions. Once familiar with the project, is able to see through complexity and detail to get to the critical issues at hand. Works with manager to continue to improve skills. Contributes to the overall direction of the project and the development of business strategy. Serves as the primary resource for communication with a project team. Gains cooperation and commitment from other employees on multi-discipline projects. Insists on mutual support by all team members and models this behavior by frequently sharing information and offering suggestions. Manages several small – medium sized projects simultaneously Manages projects and deadlines in anticipation of customer needs and requirements; effectively designs work processes and shapes deadlines to meet those needs. Foresees potential business or technical issues within the project and communicates with management and the team before the issues become problems. Delivers messages, both verbally and in writing, that are clear and concise; seeks feedback from others on the effectiveness of their communication and understanding of deadlines, project plans and status. Responsible for assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing scheduled to ensure timely completion of projects. |

| Required Skills:
Approximately 2-3 years directly related experience. Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of business systems and/or technical tools, applications and procedures. Must be familiar with systems scopes and projects’ objectives, as well as role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Basic understanding of industry and proprietary technologies such as HTML, Flash, CSS and Dynapub, which are used in projects. Creativity Prioritizes time well and has a solid understanding of the importance of time management skills |
