As one of the senior functional members of the Oracle Competency Center you will be in a position to be the driving force behind utilization of the application to implement industry standard best practices to critical business processes. Currently, they are searching for a Sr Business Analyst (Order Management) to join Corporate IS team, based out of Wilmington, MA. About the Opportunity: Under the supervision of the Director of the Oracle Competency Center, implements and supports the deployed functional modules of the Oracle 11i E-Business Suite across the company. The primary area of responsibility will be with Order to Cash Receipt processes. As one of the senior functional members of the Oracle Competency Center you will be in a position to be the driving force behind utilization of the application to implement industry standard best practices to critical business processes. Key Result Accountabilities Provide support for configuration and application of multiple functional modules. Develop training material and application documentation as required. Identify and test application patches prior to promotion to production. Working with Oracle Technical Support on TAR resolution. Create detail written specifications and requirements Educate business users Provide guidance in data preparation and migration Set up application modules Support acceptance testing Operate within tight schedules Environmental Working Conditions |

| Required Skills:
Demonstrated success in providing support for configuration and application of multiple functional modules Ability to extensively travel (25% - 50% or approximately 1-2 weeks per month, starting in the first month of employment Ability to travel globally 25-50% in the next two years; with decreasing frequency in subsequent years. Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate functional material to end user and upper management. Ability to work in a demanding user environment. Implementation experience and detailed understanding of the following Oracle Applications modules in Release 11i: Order Management, Inventory, Receivables/Collections, 5+years experience with Oracle ERP, at least 3+ years experience with Oracle 11i E-Business Suite in a diverse Manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of Oracle configurations / setups for 11i E-Business Suite: functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces. Understanding of business requirements: Define future business processes around Oracle Manufacturing modules |
