Description:

Known for their humorous advertising campaigns, our client is one of the most respected and admired advertising agencies in the United States.



Here are your main responsibilities:



* Assist in the day-to-day account management of a significant brand.



* Assist in all creative, research and strategy initiatives.



* Help keep the client abreast on status and priority of projects and programs monthly.



* Work with the Finance Supervisor to manage the approved budget.



* Integrate and support partner agencies to ensure program success.



* Work with the client on Advertising to stay abreast of mission initiatives at all levels, to include regular conference attendance, district trips as needed, and annual planning conferences.



* Establish a positive partnership with the client, assisting in the day-to-day contact.



Organizational Characteristics:



* You will advance your leadership skills and be exposed to mentoring others.



Required Skills:

* 5 - 10 years minimum of progressive responsibility at an Advertising Agency.

* Thorough understanding of branding, integration, all forms of media and advertising budgets.

* Detail orientation, multi-tasking, team-orientation, business writing, computer skills, basic accounting, and communications skills.

* Problem solving skills, analytical ability and strategic planning skills are essential.

* Trustworthy to deal with financially sensitive issues and ethical beyond reproach.

* Above average leadership skills must be able to inspire confidence in clients and staff.

* Above average managerial ability, must understand and have the ability to assess talent and develop staff.

* Excellent communication skills are required.

* CPG industry experience is required

* Exposure to heavy television advertising and significant (Fortune 100 -500) brand experience.





Desired:

Education:

4 years college, preferably in marketing, advertising or related field.
