Description:

The ERP Change Management and Training Consultant will have the responsibility for facilitating the overall change management and training activities in support of SAP environment. This role's primary responsibility will be to capture the impacts to people, process, and technology as a result of the SAP enhancements and other business process changes.



- Assess business process stakeholders and determine their engagement in SAP enhancement impact on their organization and business processes

- Develop and execute communication and training plans

- Document impacts to people, process, technology (change impact assessment) as a result of changes to SAP

- Support business leadership in driving change management and training activities

- Assist in selection of and implementation of a Super Users program

- Provide strategic training and change management recommendations to reduce SAP Help Desk call volume

- Identify opportunities to continually improve approach to SAP training.

- Participate in the analysis, design, evaluation, modifying, testing and implementation of ERP systems across functional areas



Required Skills:

Resource must have 5+ years experience in leading large-scale change initiatives and have mastery in both strategic and tactical applications of organizational change management and training requirements.

- Resource must also have experience in business process redesign with a clear ability to translate business requirements into a training strategy.

- Specific experience required supporting large-scale IT/ERP solution implementations

- Resource must have commensurate skills/abilities to operate with little supervision in driving the change management and training strategy.

- Familiarity with US-based company business processes and the capability to quickly learn/understand non-US based processes

- Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and work under pressure are required
