| Description:
Key role in supporting SAP FI/AP/FA modules for ECC 6.0. Person in this role will work closely with entire SAP support team, involved in all aspects of support to include end user experience and interfaces with other systems. • Role will be the point of contact for SAP production support on issues, problems and training. Interaction with various types of users, understanding their use of SAP. • Identify opportunities to continually improve SAP business processes and operations • Responsible for the continuous effort of business process improvement, planning, execution and communication, in the relevant areas. •Responsible for on-going maintenance of SAP. |

| Required Skills:
6 – 10 Years Experience implementing and supporting SAP software. •High degree of accuracy; attention to detail. •Control minded; able to push back if required information is not received. • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills •Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and work under pressure are required •Must excel in a group work environment working with cross-functional teams •Ability to think and perform in a global systems setting to link impacts between multiple organizations, business processes and systems implications •Ability to establish new process/procedures Desired: • Experience implementing/supporting FI/AP/FA modules in SAP. • Capable of working with multiple levels of users. Providing system support to include training and documentation • Familiarity with US-based company business processes and the capability to quickly learn/understand non-US based processes •Ability to respond to unplanned events and to self-prioritize. •Capable of working independently with little direction and to incorporate themselves into a team environment to leverage capabilities across the multiple Divisions and within the Business Process Team •Ability to explain technical problems and solutions to a non-technical audience at various levels •Ability to research problems/solutions, identify and locate information from a variety of sources across the enterprise as well as external sources |
