| Description:
Serve as a subject matter analyst within SSC (Shared Services) functional area for such finance related functions as Accounts Payable, Credit, Collections, etc. II. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Communicates between departments as required within area responsibilities. 2. Maintains knowledge of area specialization, solves intermediate to complex problems in accordance with defined procedures. 3. Completes tasks with minimal supervision, escalates as appropriate. 4. Interact with offshore BPO providing subject matter expert knowledge within departmental area of responsibility. 5. Uses data through various software applications to complete daily tasks / responsibilities. 6. Support of new business processes and procedures. 7. Sox key control compliance 8. Metric gathering for areas of responsibility. 9. Provides assistance and support for training key stakeholders on business and system processes within SSC. |

| Required Skills:
2-4 years of related experience Uses skills as an experienced professional with a solid understanding of area practices and company policies and procedures. Skills: Analytical, and documentation skills, BPO and / or Shared Services experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, MS Access, Excel, and Visio skills. O Accounts payable / Employee reimbursement experience. SAP experience with A/P module. SAP reporting module financial reporting experience. Knowledge of SSC key controls. Desired: Detail oriented. Self starter. Organized excellent interpersonal skills |
