We have been retained to identify a Brand Manager to head up their marketing efforts to target the Mexican Hispanic Consumer segment.



This position is responsible for leading the execution of specific brand marketing programs in the areas of consumer promotion, special events, coupon, sales communication, and analytical support to senior brand management in the areas of trend analysis, sales analysis, financial analysis and syndicated research analysis.



* Responsible for developing brand objectives and strategies.

* Responsible for helping deliver gross sales, net sales and EBIT targets for Brand Business team.

* Lead advertising and promotions agency in developing and executing annual consumer communications programs.

* Develop and launch new products based on consumer insights. New product development will include ownership of product final formulation, forecasting, product P&Ls, packaging (structure and graphics), launch plans and distribution plans

* Track and evaluate new and base product performance based on key performance indicators.

* Manage all related ASM activities, which support new product trial and distribution.

* Track and guide programs and performance of branded products at top 10 grocery accounts.

* Lead direct reports in the above brand-related business-building programs.



Required Skills:

* 7 - 9 years or more of related experience.

* Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

* Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

* Intermediate proficiency with numeric data analysis; thorough knowledge of company and group products, policies, processes, etc.

* Demonstrated management and supervisory skills.

* Experienced in selling-in new products, category leadership strategies and consumer insights at top national retailers; understanding of new product process.

* Track record of successful product innovation leadership; ability and demonstrated experience in managing P&L to ensure delivery of business goals; strong marketer who understands how to leverage insights into positioning, branding, communication and innovation.

* Highest integrity in keeping with company values.

Desired:

* Strong preference for bilingual candidate (Spanish/English) with previous multicultural experience and aptitude.



Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
