| Description:
You will be the technical lead and be responsible for supervising other members in the team for designing and implementing key features of the highly scalable Good Mobile Messaging Server, as well as support, maintenance and enhancements of the server components. You will also be working closely with technical support team as well as customers to troubleshoot and address issues observed in the field. | Required Skills:
Excellent technical skills and understanding of customer requirements. You must have solid written and verbal communication skills for writing clear and concise requirement/design documents as well as verbally communicating ideas effectively to other members of the team. 10+ years of industry experience in software development on highly scalable server side system development Minimum of 3 years of recent C/C++ programming experience Minimum of 3 years of experience with Windows programming on Windows server operating systems Desired: Experience in developing server-side product based on MS Exchange; knowledge of MAPI and CDO exposure Understand and experience with Exchange administration Experience with different email servers e.g. Domino, IMAP, and/or POP3 a big plus Experience with server programming in Unix/Linux environment Experience with database programming Experience with Web Services/SOAP programming Knowledge of mobile device operating systems including at least one of Windows Mobile, PalmOS, Symbian and/or Linux. |

A 4-year bachelor of science degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited college or university |
