| Description:
1. Direct account and partner responsibilities for Sprint. 2. Coordinate all technical sales activitites related to perspective accounts. 3. Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to Sprint. 4. Provide specific solutions/technology/product consulting, technical and sales support for Sprint. 5. Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations. 6. Product Roadmap 7. Product Support - Technical Lead 8. Product Training and Education 9. Actively participate as a specialist on assigned Vitual Team, and/or Soultions Team. 10. Must have an area of specialization. 10. proactively plan to prevent post sales issues to shorten time to revenue. 11. Work closely with BDAM to ensure overall customer strategy is maintained. 12. Yield maximum product and services revenue from Sprint while driving customer satisfaction. Candidates submitted for this position must be evaluated within 14 days. |

| Required Skills:
5+ years pre-sales background Desired: 1. In-depth knowledge of baseline SE skills and in-depth knowledge in at least one area of speciialization. 2. In-depth knowledge and strong operating experience in at least one of the folllowing area's of specialization: Mobile Computing, Advanced Data Capture, Mobility Software applications (including tools and OS's), wired and wireless networking technologies (includes routing and routed protocols and all RF WLAN technologies) AND at least two vertical market areas of specialization. 3. Knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria and applications. 4. Competitive knowledge (in their area of specialization) including solution, technology and product offerings. 5. Understanding and conversant about company, competitors, technologies, solutions, product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. 6. In-depth experience with Network, ADC, MC and RF theory, design and architecture. 7. Strong experience in Network Management, Security, Planning and Implementation. 8. Understand OSS (billing, problem reporting, provisioning, testing, and service activation systems/platforms). 9. Ability to install applications on CE 4.X, CE.net, PPC, and Palm operating systems and effectively diagnose sysems (and above) level issues. 10. Understanding of SNMP, MSS ARCHITECTURE, RMNON and TMN. 11. Understands Enterprise/SMB, Service Provider and/or equivalent business model. 12. Strong experience with project management and rescourse tracking techniques. 13. Knowledge of software and/or hardware, testing and implementation Advanced Industry certification (e.g. CCIE/CCDP or equivalents), MSNE, etc.) desirable and/or strongly preferred Symbol/Motorola product experience or relevant experience in key competiitor offerings in technology area of emphasis preferred Vertical markets solutions planning, Implementation and Operational background is preferred.
