Job Duties & Responsibilities: Reporting to the President the successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing company profitability by developing, coaching and mentoring of operations, sales, projects and staff as well as the following; Maintaining the current customer base while developing new business opportunities Championing projects and providing leadership to ensuring all results are on-time, within or exceeding budgetary plans, and customer/industry specifications. Establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship including: high levels of client and customer satisfaction and account retention; strong employee relations; achievement of financial goals; and future business growth plans.
