Description:

Edwards Consulting Firm, Inc. is always interested in hearing from suitably qualified people who are interested in a career in contract recruiting.



Minimum criteria to be considered as a Contract Recruiter for our client partners are as follows:



* 2-10+ years recruiting and research experience (including agency, search or corporate arenas)



* Previous work experience in a professional service firm (e.g. management consulting, accounting, legal, etc) is a major plus



* Familiar with Talent Acquisition corporate structure and internal processes



* Ability and track record of performing full lifecycle recruiting



* Maintain excellent rapport with hiring managers, candidates, and the community-at-large



* Learns and adapts quickly to various environments and corporate structures



* Strong organizational skills and experience working with applicant tracking systems



* Creative sourcing and research skills is a major plus



* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Applications and internet savvy



* Excellent written and verbal communication skills



* Maturity in dealing with sensitive information; Confidentiality



* Project management orientation



* Candidate development skills



* Business acumen



* Positive attitude
