Manage all aspects of branch operations, while improving customer service functions. Ensure department standards and procedures are maintained. Manage personnel with authority to hire, reward, discipline, or discharge employees. Able to make decisions as well as get involved in day to day operations. Able to work overtime when necessary. |

| Required Skills:
Previous management experience as Branch Manager or Operational Manager for domestic & international freight. Experience in industry with sales and business development - Must be able to bring book of business. Ocean/Air Import/Export experience Experience with standard operation procedures Thorough knowledge of all aspects of international & domestic freight forwarding. |
