| Description:
Establish and monitor all aspects of Command Control Center environment. This person must have a bachelor's degree or the equivalent. Must be skilled in managing control center, ops center, NOC, or some similar entity, and ideally is knowledgeable of multiple types of energy control systems, and HVAC/building environmental systems or similar technologies. This person must have at least 3 years of experience running a control center or a significant team within a Center that deals with high tech support and management of customers using high tech services. An ideal candidate would know real-time energy management, HVAC and lighting at multiple remote facilities which entailed troubleshooting problems, monitoring alarms, scheduling HVAC and lighting, and collecting and analyzing EMS data to optimize energy and asset utilization. Experience with employee hiring, scheduling, evaluations and training is essential. Must have outstanding customer interface skills and be a top notch leader in achieving great results as measured by our customers. Uses metrics effectively for feedback and management. This Center is nearly 24/7 now and soon will be, so they will need to be involved out of hours from time to time. |
