| Description:
Perform MSC Server-Multimedia Gateway (MSS-MGW) related configuration tasks · Analyze and troubleshoot MSS-MGW performance · Performing MSS-MGW configuration changes · Analyzing and troubleshooting MSS-MGW performance · Performing routine MSS-MGW O&M tasks · Handling MSS-MGW HW configurations and maintenance Competence · Perform routine MSS-MGW O&M tasks · Handle MSS-MGW HW configuration and maintenance · Support/mentor Customer Configuration Management/Engineering personnel on market level to efficiently perform MSS-MGW configuration changes. · Assess Customer Configuration Management/Engineering personnel competence and capability on MSS-MGW configuration issues. · Support/mentor Customer Performance Management/Network Planning personnel on market level to efficiently report and analyze MSS-MGW performance using {CLIENT} Network Data Warehouse and {CLIENT} NetAct Reporter as primary tools. · Support/mentor Customer Performance Management/Network Planning personnel on market level to efficiently troubleshoot MSS-MGW performance using {CLIENT} Traffica on MSC level as the primary tool. · Assess Customer personnel competence and capability on analyzing and troubleshooting MSS-MGW performance. · Support/mentor Customer personnel on market level on routine/schedules MSS-MGW O&M tasks (backups, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, SW management, troubleshooting). · Assess Customer personnel competence and capability on MSS-MGW O&M tasks issues. · Support/mentor Customer personnel on market level on MSS-MGW HW configuration changes and maintenance. · Assess Customer personnel competence and capability on MSS-MGW HW configuration and maintenance issues. |

| Required Skills:
3G concepts and architecture knowledge (3G SYSTRA) · IPA 2800 platform knowledge (IPA 2800 Basics) · MSS-MGW Commissioning and Integration (MGW INT) · MSS-MGW Operations and Maintenance (MGW O&M) · MSS-MGW configuration skills Experience: · Experience with {CLIENT} NSS equipment · Experience in network operations · Experience in {CLIENT} MGW an advantage · Experience in IP design and configuration an advantage · GSM/3GPP Core experience preferred · GSM concepts & architecture knowledge (SYSTRA) · DX200 platform knowledge (DXSOM) · Basic MSC configuration skills (NSSCC, NSSROU) · MSC O&M skills (including alarms, backups, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, SW management and CDs installation) (NSSOM) · Operations skills in Performance Management using {CLIENT} NetAct Reporter, {CLIENT} Network Data Warehouse and {CLIENT} Traffica · Analytical and conceptual thinking · Attention to details · Collaboration skills · Efficiency and quality · Networking skills · Communication skills · Problem solving skills |
