The Business Analyst is responsible for converting a clientÂ’s business needs into technical instructions. Candidate is also responsible for communicating these needs directly to the client in a language that the client can understand and comprehend. The ideal candidate must also have writing and communication skills necessary to create technical specs based on functional specs provided from the Client Services Department. Candidate is also expected to provide training and development to junior level programmers. Some degree of project management skills is also necessary as well as task/issue list management. Candidate should also have a high degree of problem-solving ability to be used to solve application level errors as well as potential design flaws. Candidate is also expected to provide solutions to complicated hardware/software issues that affect behavior of applications. A certain degree of research and development is also expected to facilitate problem solving of complicated issues.
