StayinFront is a leader in the customer relationship management (CRM) applications, decision support tools and e-business systems. Our proprietary software is designed to provide a single CRM platform that can manage and integrate all points of customer interaction including sales, marketing, customer support applications and the Web.

We currently have an opening for an Internal Trainer. In this position, the Trainer will plan and execute all internal trainings, both for new hires and ongoing training for existing employees.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Prepare training materials for ongoing internal trainings.
* Organize and schedule training courses, both those handled internally and through an
outside training company.
* Deliver training courses.
* Create training scripts for web-based courses.
* Create web-based training content using Camtasia and Flash for web-based courses.
* Create assessments for each course and enter in Training Website.
* Track attendee participation and progress for reporting.
* Identify needs for additional training.
* Follow SOPs and DOPs pertaining to Training Department.
* Duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
All candidates must have excellent writing and communication skills, advanced computer knowledge (e.g. Flash, SQL), and strong organizational skills.
