| Description:
The Administrative/Travel Coordinator is responsible for all the travel arrangements for the company, to be a back up for receptionist, process expense reports, manager office supplies, book conference rooms, and all administrative duties for the office. Responsibilities: * Schedule, organize and coordinate meetings and facilities, including travel, transportation/hotel arrangements, catering arrangements, prepare and distribute materials, agendas, notes, handouts, etc. * Answer telephones, screen calls, route callers, take messages, respond to internal and external inquiries, and provide routine information within scope of authority. * Arrange travel itineraries and prepare travel and expense reports. * Arrange conferences, coordinate equipment needs and refreshments, compile and distribute materials, etc. * Type and compose memorandums, letters, forms, procedures, contracts, and other documents and correspondence as appropriate. * Develop procedures to ensure functional office operations. * Responsible for the financial processes of invoices and purchase orders, as required. * Monitor monthly expenses and refer discrepancies for resolution. * Open, review, route, and disseminate interoffice and external mail, distribute correspondence and other material * Establish and maintain records and files. * Review, sort and file a variety of materials. * Provide general office support such as copying and faxing. * Function as administrative liaison to departmental staff, other departments, external vendors and consultants. * Assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Required Skills:
The Candidate must have 3 + years as an Administrative Assistant/Travel Cooridinator experience. They must posses good oral and written communicaitons skills and must be proficient using Outlook, Word, and Excel. |
