Based in the Cayman office, working closely with the Partners and Associates in the wider finance practice, the role will involve working as part of a team and, in some cases, leading teams on a variety of structured finance and securitisation transactions. |

| Required Skills:
You will have an excellent academic record. Experience of structured finance and securitisation (public & private)gained within a private practice or in-house environment and at an appropriate level is essential.
