The candidate must exhibit advanced expertise and be willing to gain further experience in all of the following technologies: HTML and XHTML CSS JavaScript Ajax jQuery, Prototype and other JavaScript frameworks DOM Additional skills, although not required, are beneficial: Flash/ActionScript PhotoShop skills (ability to cut-up PSD or other image files) Drupal Theming (strongly desired) A good eye for design Familiarity or experience with Social Networking API's (Facebook, OpenSocial) Utilization of source/version control systems, such as Subversion, in a collaborative environment Any other open-source technologies such as PHP, WordPress or the LAMP stack The ideal candidate's experience should include strong adherence to excellent front-end web development standards.
