Description: Primary Purpose:



Develops, sustains and grows new and existing advertising revenue for MSO digital. Works with marketing and product teams in developing compelling web specific and Omnimedia programs for all clients. Partners with and assists in driving revenue for publishing and broadcast divisions of MSO. Manages personnel and performance of personnel in region.





Principal Duties and Responsibilities:



Manages day-to-day sales activities and grow revenue on assigned accounts.



Manages opportunities and creates strategies to achieve revenue targets for assigned region



Manages client direct relationships for key accounts in region.



Prospects and develops new business categories within assigned accounts.



Cross sells all aspects of MSO media including: magazine, television, and other MSO-related advertising when appropriate.



Develops understanding of client objectives and goals, and properly articulates to MSO Sales and Marketing.



Works with Marketing Department and clients to develop value-added proposals and promotions.



Develops and maintains excellent external relationships with clients - both agency and advertisers.



Should have minimum 10 years sales experience, 1-2 years online experience preferred.
