Description: Primary Purpose:



Develop the online audience growth strategy for all MSLO digital brands and platforms. Executes marketing campaigns, including email, SEM/SEO, PR, content syndication, social media, and cross-platform promotion. Oversees all website metrics reporting and analysis, and provides key insights. Position reports to the SVP, Consumer Marketing, and closely supports Digital Programming & Strategy, Business Operations, Advertising Sales & Marketing, and website Editors.





Principal Duties and Responsibilities:



Oversee site metrics reporting including daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly updates, source reports and competitive analysis.



Analyze and interpret traffic patterns on the website, and recommend changes to improve key visitor metrics.



Forecast traffic/impressions, by content area and for specific products, to support Ad Sales pricing needs.



Analyze and improve site metrics and KPI's.



Utilize Hitwise data to recommend changes on key traffic drivers such as SEO, SEM, and site recirculation.



Manage, produce and execute innovative marketing campaigns, across various digital and traditional media sources, to support new product launches and ongoing promotion.



Develop and execute sweepstakes campaigns, in coordination with Ad Sales and Editorial.



Develop, manage, and reconcile marketing budget.



Manage e-mail acquisition, retention and reactivation strategy for consumer marketing email database and newsletter files.

Required Skills: Candidate should demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, the ability to multi-task and shift gears quickly. Experience with Omniture, comScore, Hitwise and Nielsen essential.
