| Required Skills:
experience implementing Electronic Health Records in a physician practice. 2) Bachelor’s degree. 3) Requires strong computer skills including applications and systems. 4) Must be able to verbally communicate with individuals and groups in a manner that allows the listener to easily understand the information that is being communicated. This includes a professional voice quality and grammar skills, whether the message is communicated in person or over the telephone. 5) Must be able to create written communications that can be easily understood by the reader from general correspondence to technical training manuals. Must have good writing skills including a command of the English language and grammar, spelling and punctuation skills. 6) Must enjoy working with people on a variety of matters that can include: answering questions, training and educating, analyzing technical issues, resolving software and service issues, and making recommendations for improvements. 7) Requires a team approach to working with others, ability to perform a variety of duties within any work day, and organizational skills from planning to execution of tasks and projects. |
