| Description:
Responsibilities: -Assists Project Manager with the technical side of the project plans, communicates progress reports, ”After Action” reports, end-of-project reports and follow-on action recommendations -Escalates any client concerns to the Project Manager for resolution -Manages technical risks, including development of contingency plans, and ensures appropriate mitigation is in place -Reports to the Technical Project Management Manager as appropriate, reports exceptions and seeks direction as required -On site for the key project milestones (Kick Off, Testing and Activation). -Engages Tier 1 tech support for issues found on site. -Participates on the project regular conference calls along with the rest of the Implementation Project Team -Works with the Product Management and the Software Project Management to coordinate deployment and delivery plans, including tools for new releases when necessary -Completes Trip Summary Reports for each visit -Availability to travel up to 75% |

| Required Skills:
The Technical Project Lead assists the Project Manager to create the Project Plan adding the technical side and is responsible of delivering the technical components on time and operational across these healthcare informatics applications. Hence, this role requires: -Proven ability to analyze and solve problems in order to deliver results -Troubleshooting and analytical skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, the intensity to focus on small details, and the talent to think “big-picture” -Strong coordination and planning skills -Excellent communication skills both written and oral -Self-motivation and willingness to take the initiative -Strong technical background |

| Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science At least 2 years DBA or System Administrator experience Comprehensive knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server, Workstation and SQL Server 2000 Strong knowledge of Citrix (installation and configuration) |
