Description:
- Monitor post-implementation hospital clients in your Philly-NY-NJ area, track activity, and help resolve issues.
- Work closely to understand client needs, identify issues and recommend clinical and technical solutions.
- Manage customer expectations and balance customer needs with product roadmap and capabilities.
- Assist with new clients for implementation, training and go-lives.
- Support accounts by identifying technical and clinical solutions.
- Offer clinical support to sales team for new clients.
- 25% Travel requirement. NY - Philly corridor.

Required Skills:
Looking for a hospital informatics professional with experience supporting hospital information systems, excellent communication and problem solving skills. These talents will be used to manage our post-implementation clients and to assist them to maximize their benefits from the software application.
