- Monitor post-implementation hospital clients in your Philly-NY-NJ area, track activity, and help resolve issues. - Work closely to understand client needs, identify issues and recommend clinical and technical solutions. - Manage customer expectations and balance customer needs with product roadmap and capabilities. - Assist with new clients for implementation, training and go-lives. - Support accounts by identifying technical and clinical solutions. - Offer clinical support to sales team for new clients. - 25% Travel requirement.
